COVID-19 and the importance of protecting our health!

The COVID-19 pandemic has made one thing clear: it is absolutely imperative to protect your health and strengthen your immune system! One of the most important ways to avoid getting sick is by eating a healthy diet. Foods that are naturally rich in these nutrients are also rich in fiber and water and are naturally low in calories. By eating a whole foods plant based diet, your diet will be micronutrient heavy to help strengthen your immune system. Be sure to include a wide variety of greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries and seeds! These are also known as "GBombs"!
